It's like a hike in park

If you're in the mood for a mini hike then head to these mini woods located in the Buena Vista neighborhood. Now if you can picture all the dogs running around without a leash as vicious coyotes, you'll never have to leave the city to for that dangerous trail conquering adrenaline rush (or to get your leg bitten off). From Embarcadero, Take the N Judah to Duboce Ave. Walk up Buena Vista Ave.

San Francisco has over 300 stairwalks and we thought we would get to climb one here at the Presidio (according to the book 'Stairwalks of San Francisco) We did find a stairwalk but it had only six steps, which, according to the International Society of Stairs is the minumum amount required to qualify as a stairwalk <citation needed> . But we did get to check out the beautiful garden maintained Letterman Digital Arts Center. And this nerd fountain.

Touristy Culture Bus

The new 74 Express is hitting up faux cultural destinations like the Asian Art museum, Yerba Buena Gardens, Union Square, and the Golden Gate Park. Hardly a fill of of San Francisco culture, but more like a nibble (like the ones offered by the food sampling ladies at Costco). Also the $7 price tag for adults is shockingly unhobolike. For true SF culture, ride the #48 which passes Castro and Mission and heads to Occean Beach via Sunset. Tickets are only a buck fifty.
